Hello and Peace to all of you,
I'm asking for prayer for our community ECCO-I of Northern Illinois.  We are in turmoil.  There is talk about dissolving our movement.  It's hard for us to get a weekend together.  Either we can't get the candidates and then there is a struggle to get the workers.  There is a small group that do not want to see this ended.  We need prayer from other communities for direction and peace in any decision  that is made.  If at all possible please send this out to as many places as possible.  We are meeting Friday evening  the 8th of December.
God's blessing and peace,
Karen

I have been blessed to work many Decolores Ministry weekends and come in as outside community to serve meals on English and Spanish and Vietnamese Cursillo’s.  Two Tres Dias weekends one in Nashville TN, the other in the Ukraine.  One Walk to Emmaus weekend and will be working another in April 2007.  I have also been blessed to work many weekends in prison!  Even though I am not Catholic nor do I speak read or write Spanish I feel most at home on Spanish Cursillo!

Years ago a dream of mine came true at the Walk to Emmaus 20th International Celebration I was really blessed by God to meet MR Eduardo Bonnin!  I knew when I made my Decolores weekend that I had to really understand the roots of this ministry!

Your web site is out standing!  Your community really understands Christian Community in Action!  Many talk about such things but do not walk the talk of these words!  To maintain such a web site takes a great deal of time and work!  Thank you for taking the time!  Time is the greatest gift one can give another!  The only way to make it more precious is give it in the name of Jesus the Christ!!!  We can all make more money but no one can make more time!!!  Here is another web site you might want to list https://3dayol.org and https://members.aol.com/alanj32020/curfaq.htm [*] between these three web sites one can find anything about the many Cursillo Methods

Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Christ
We have just concluded a wonderful weekend for our men in Taranaki New Zealand. Many received wonderful spirit filled moments enabling their faith and hope to be restored and to develop more fully. Praise to God, the Son and his all encompassing Holy Spirit, as depicted on our banner. Some saw it fly! The Theme was Love one another (Heb. 3 v1) and there was great love there.
Next weekend we will be attending the 2nd National Ultreya in Palmerston North. Your prayers would be appreciated. Thank you for sharing information via the internet.
We will be visiting Cape Breton(Margaree) in December and early January. Would we be able to Reunion with any folks there?
Yours in Christ.  De Colores

Hello, my name is Ella Kincade, and I live in Hattiesburg, MS. and am active in the Catholic Cursillo Movement of South MS. I am looking for information on the availability of Cursillo, Methodist, for my family that live in Prince George's County, and Calvert County Md, as I would like to sponsor them for a week-end, as this would be the best gift I could give them.  My husband and I have been active since 1995.  Thank you for any information.

Hello,  I am a new member of the Emmaus community and have just completed my walk at the last women’s walk a couple of months ago.  My husband went to Emmaus last weekend for the man’s walk but had to leave due to health issues.  He found some information about the Alarga walk and is interested in getting more info about this one.  Can you send me some info about the Alarga walk?

I made my cursillo weekend in October of 1974.  it began a lifelong journey to the lord.  About 10 years ago I began a group called Credo Recovery.  It basically is a weekend for those recovering from addictions of any sort.
The blessing of the cursillo method is something that has stuck with me all these years and I praise God for it.  Credo Recovery is now in Illinois, west Virginia, Maryland and New Jersey.  It has been a blessing to hundreds of recovering folks.  If it were not for Cursillos de Cristandad it would not have come to be.  If anyone needs information about Credo you may email me at frocks@comcast.net .

First, let me introduce myself.

My name is Bill Duperouzel, I have been part of the Cursillo Catholic movement in England and Wales since 1989. I am currently the treasurer and web master for www.cursillo.org.uk

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy dipping into your web site https://cursillos.ca/en/index.htm from time to time and navigating my way around. It is such a good site. It always give me a special uplift to hear that beautiful De Colores music played on the piano. You know, I have tried very hard to buy a CD which contains this music but without success. I was wondering if you were able to let me know the name / ID number of the CD and I will try again. I would love to insert this music onto our web site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Prayers from your brother in Christ
God bless,
Bill

De Colores!
August 27, 1977 was my Cursillo time and then worked 5 more Cursillo week-ends afterward.  I had the 'Purple book' that outlined and detailed the Cursillo program, but alas loaned it out and lost track.  Now I need it, or one like it.  Do you know if the infamous "Purple book" is still available?  or one like it.
Thanks and may you be blessed.
